MaxiCase with Booklet
A MaxiCase (aka '5.2 Slimcase') is the slimline case that blank CD-Rs are often sold in. Like a jewel case, it can hold a Booklet at the front, but doesn't need a Backliner or any other paper parts.
MaxiCases are available with either black or translucent backs.
This packaging style is suitable for both pressed and duplicated disc orders.
SlimCase with
J-Card
Commonly used for audio CD Singles, the SlimCase is a two-piece clear plastic case, thinner than a jewel case. The J-Card is the litho-printed paper insert, usually printed on one side only, but with an extra fold-in flap panel. This picture shows the view from the outside when opened up.
This packaging style not available for short-run duplication order quantities.
Double Jewel Case with Booklet & Backliner
A Double Case is designed to hold 2 discs. Like a normal jewel case, it holds a Booklet at the front, and a Backliner at the back. The mounting tray comes in black/dark grey or clear plastic, is hinged and holds a disc on each side.
This packaging style is suitable for both pressed and duplicated disc orders.
Multi-Disc Packs
Multi-disc packs come in various designs, but the most common are variations on the CD Jewel Case, or the 'Amaray' case format like this one pictured. This is a four-disc pack - holding two discs on each inside face. Variations on this have extra hinged trays to hold even more discs. Call us to discuss these and other options for packaging multiple discs.
Most multi-packs are suitable for both pressed and duplicated disc orders.
Ejector Case for
mailing or archiving
The Ejector Case (aka Trigger Case) has an upper and lower clip to grip the disc safely by its edge, and a 'trigger' mechanism to aid removal.
The case is also available with an extra slot to hold a card insert. Ring-binder clips are also available for filing.
Clam Case for
mailing or archiving
The Clam Case (aka C-Shell) is a robust lightweight case perfect for CD/DVD mailing, and slim enough for archiving where space is at a premium.
Available in translucent clear plastic, or other translucent colours by special order.
CD Dot
mounting device
For mounting CD or DVD discs onto various types of surface - the CD Dot is a small foam circle that grips the hole in the disc and has a self adhesive backing for mounting. Comes in White or Black.
CD Spider

For mounting CD or DVD discs onto flat surfaces - the CD Spider is a strong plastic clip that grips the hole in the disc. It is fixed to the mounting surface with a glue gun.
